All motor homes require a refundable one thousand dollar security deposit. All travel trailers require a refundable five hundred dollar security deposit. All pop ups require a two hundred fifty dollar security deposit. All motor homes are reserved with a two hundred dollar non refundable reservation deposit. All travel trailers and pop ups are reserved with a one hundred or two hundred dollar deposit. The reservation deposit is non refundable. All payments by check should be paid two weeks prior to departure. Security deposits will be refunded within seven business days. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Excess miles can be deducted from the security deposit. All rentals require a copy of drivers licence and insurance verification. Supplemental insurance can be purchased through our insurance carrier. We provide all hitching needs. We do not wire your vehicle for lights or brakes but can recommend several companies. We encourage you to bring your towing vehicle to our location to assure all electrical systems work properly. We do not allow motor homes to tow any vehicles. We will allow some towing of motor cycles and only pop up campers or cargo trailers supplied by E Z Camp. Our recreational vehicles are presented clean and we expect our renters to return them clean and in the condition recieved. If they require cleaning on return we may apply a cleaning charge. All renters must be at least twenty five years old. No vehicles are allowed in Mexico.
We do accept Visa, Master Card , Discover Card and American Express for reservation deposits and for your entire rental period. We do accept credit cards for the security deposit and charge a $25.00 fee. The security deposit can be made by check (two weeks prior to departure), cash or cashier check. We will hold your reservation for five business days. Deposits made promptly will reserve your rental unit.
